About Melissa Sports, LLC

Background

Melissa Sports, LLC was created in the Summer of 2016 as a business entity to join forces with the City of Melissa and Melissa ISD to design, construct and manage sports complexes located in Melissa, Texas. This partnership has grown into the management of all facilities located at Z-Plex Texas Sports Village and Zadow Park.

We have also now partnered with TAG Tennis for scheduling of all tennis and pickleball facilities on behalf of the City of Melissa and Melissa Sports LLC. Read about them here.

Operators of the PT center in collaboration with Geno Pierce, owner of Performance Course, which trains most State Champion HS athletes in Texas and Oklahoma, includes Melissa ISD

All parties will be working with each other, training athletes and adults in various ways while sharing the facility and equipment.

Facility will also provide restrooms for the Tennis Complex next door and provide a great Sports Grill for all visitors.

NOT ALLOWED: Shelled seeds/nuts (e.g. sunflower seeds or shelled peanuts)
NO SPIKES
No glass containers
No obscene behavior or profane language will be tolerated
TOBACCO FREE FACILITIES
No alcoholic beverages
Littering and dumping trash is strictly prohibited
Drugs are strictly prohibited - the law will be enforced
No firearms, fires, fireworks, flammable liquids, open burning or use of any device with an open flame will be allowed unless permit given for special events by Melissa Sports LLC
No pets are allowed on the fields, but we strongly discourage pets at the facility at all due to construction
No music is allowed inside the facility unless permit is given by Melissa Sports LLC
No artificial noise makers
RVs may not be parked in parking lots
