About Melissa Sports, LLC

Background

Melissa Sports, LLC was created in the Summer of 2016 as a business entity to join forces with the City of Melissa and Melissa ISD to design, construct and manage sports complexes located in Melissa, Texas. This partnership has grown into the management of all facilities located at Ford Sports Village @ The Z-Plex and Zadow Park.

We have partnered with TAG Training Ground for scheduling of all tennis and pickleball facilities on behalf of the City of Melissa and Melissa Sports LLC. Read about them here.

The Z-Plex & zadow park rules

THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED ON TURF FIELDS

Food, Gum, Candy, Sunflower Seeds
Chewing Tobacco, Cigarettes, Alcohol
Bikes, Skateboards, Lawnmowers
Glass or Glass Containers
Chairs of Any Type (on the turf fields)
Unauthorized Cleats or Spikes
Unauthorized Use - Fields Must Be Scheduled in Advance
Flammable Liquids & Acids
Vehicle Traffic & Heavy Static Loads
Golfing, Shot Putting, Discus, Javelin
Open Flames, Fireworks, Welding, etc
High Pressure Water
Non-Pneumatic Tires

Dogs are allowed in the stands at the baseball/softball fields. Please be respectful of other people and of the complex. Dogs (other than service dogs) are NOT allowed behind the fences at the soccer/multi-purpose fields.
