Concession Stand and Facility Attendant
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Concession Stand & Facility Attendant to support our tournament events. This position will be responsible for operating and maintaining the concession stand while also helping ensure that the facility bathrooms and surrounding areas remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout events. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, responsible, friendly, and takes pride in providing excellent service to players, families, and tournament guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the concession stand during tournaments and events.
- Keep the concession stand, counters, equipment, storage areas, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Properly handle money, payments, and concession inventory.
- Help promote and market the concession stands to tournament guests.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and sanitary bathrooms throughout events.
- Regularly check bathrooms and address cleanliness or supply needs promptly.
- Keep trash and surrounding event areas clean and orderly.
- Follow all food-handling, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
- Communicate with management regarding inventory, maintenance, customer concerns, or other issues.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
